Health –Following a healthy diet –
Following a healthy diet does not mean you have to lose weight and stay fit. Healthy diet is all about eating healthy and nutritious food by understanding basics of nutrition and incorporating it religiously. Health is now become a priority in everybody’s life. Always prefer to eat food which improves your health and avoid unhealthy food which might lead to cancer, heart diseases, and diabetics. It is always advisable to strictly follow healthy diet consistently to see gradual improvement in your health.
Tips for healthy diet –
- Keep a watch on your calorie intake, which means that maintain a balance between your body and food. Eating high calorie food is not always good for health however one can consume average of 2000 calories , this in turn depends again upon different conditions ( example – sex, weight , height etc )
2. Consumption of water – Consuming good amount of water is very essential and keeps your kidney a nd bladder strong and clean by washing out all the waste products
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables – “An apple a day keeps a doctor away “, this is the best saying which is absolutely true. Fruits and vegetables will have lots of carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, fiber etc which helps to improve your health.
4. Protein Intake – Intake of protein is very good for health and helps your muscles to strong. It provides all the essential amino acids.
5. Nutritional supplements – Taking enough nutritional supplements will help you eliminate toxins in your body.
The below mentioned health tips will definitely not replace your regular meals however it can improve your health diet.
There’s lot of junk food taken these days which affects the health and leads to lot of diseases. Minerals and high iron diet is also very important and necessary to live. High iron diet is good for blood and lack of iron in the body leads to lack of hemoglobin.

- Consuming alcohol – Drinking too much of alcohol is very dangerous and leads to heart diseases and increases blood pressure.
- Smoking tobacco (cigarettes) – As rightly said “Smoking is injurious to health “ , this leads to heart strokes and increases blood pleasure. Smoking leads to –Lung cancer, slows the blood flow, block the blood levels etc.
