Thickened yogurt

Ingredients:
Low fat yogurt                     2cups
Method:

Put the yogurt into a large stainer lined with a double layer of muslin.
Allow the yogurt to drain for 30 minutes at room temperature or one hour in the refrigerator.
Spoon out the thickened yogurt into a bowl and use as directed.
