Ingredients:
Low fat yogurt 2cups
Method:
Put the yogurt into a large stainer lined with a double layer of muslin.
Allow the yogurt to drain for 30 minutes at room temperature or one hour in the refrigerator.
Spoon out the thickened yogurt into a bowl and use as directed.
Yield=1cup
Prep. time=30mins
Skimmed milk
Ingredients:
Skimmed milk 1/2cup
Boiled water 2cups
Method:
Make a paste with a milk powder and 3/4 cup water.
Stir the rest of water and whisk well to blend.
Use immediately or boil and store in a refrigerator.
