COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY WORD

It is only logical that Education must enable an individual to become useful so that the family, community and the nation will benefit. Education should help to distinguish between right and wrong; and to arrive at correct decisions about the matter under discussion Achieving greatness or satisfaction in your career is not a fluent gun to tape victory. It requires a systematic approach to your work schedule. Many people, though educated, feel they are isolated. May be because they’re not developed the necessary skills of communication.

Knowledge possessed by a person without communicative skills is like the wealth with a mises. Like water gushing from a riverbed on digging its sand, knowledge expands through effective communication. Normally the communicative skills develop with the assistance of a ‘Teacher’ This necessisates good communicative skills on the part of the teacher. To achieve such skills a lot of reading, active participation in discussions, seminars, refresher and orientation causes are necessary. So that the teacher can have an aptitude for the subject, give his heart and soul to impart a better knowledge of communication to his pupils. Its worth saying that school education has a vital note to play in the outstanding career of an individual; and the essential guts and tacts to rush on the tracks of like softly and smoothly are therefore to be encouraged and developed as a part of this school education.

No hourse gets any where unless it is harnessed; no ornament of gold can be made unless the necessary copper is added to pure gold, no diamond has a high value unless it is properly cut; no life is great unless it is disciplined no education is complete unless it develops communicative skills in the individual. So lets try to improve this skill and serve the mankind a better way-and thus to prove.

“Education is the fruit from the tree of life;
Let the seed of this fruit plant the unplanted tree of life”
