Select the workout participants using the team roles for sponsor, champion, facilitator, and team members.You can create team selection criteria so that you enlist the support of those closest to the action.
Build a workout agenda and meeting plan.You can use a one- or twoday format for meeting components such as sponsor kickoff, objectives, presentation of the business issues to be addressed, topic prioritization, and review of your problem-solving methodology.This should be
followed by group analysis and presentations.
Conduct a town meeting with the workout team and senior leaders to review the recommendations and make a go/no-go decision on whether to move ahead with the team recommendations.
